How long does it take to get my vial boxes?
- Every order is built to order and ships in 7–10 business days.
Can I put my own logo on the boxes and caps?
- Yes. We print your logo or artwork in full color directly on the box lid and on individual vial caps. There is no setup fee — you only pay a low per-cap logo fee on caps.
What image format should I upload for my logo?
- A transparent PNG works best, so the box or cap color shows around your design. Whatever you upload is printed exactly as positioned in the preview — and any white or colored background in the file prints as a solid block.
What vial sizes and counts do you support?
- Boxes fit 3 ml, 10 ml, and 30 ml vials — plus syringes — and hold up to 144 vials, depending on the size you choose. You pick the count and we generate a clean honeycomb or grid layout with exact dimensions before you order.
Do you offer bulk or reseller pricing?
- Yes. Custom caps use bulk pricing tiers, so the per-cap cost drops as your order quantity goes up — ideal for brands and resellers shipping product to clients. Larger boxes also cost less per vial.
How are the boxes made?
- Boxes are 3D printed to order in the filament color you choose, then finished with full-color printing on the lid. Because each box is made on demand, you are not limited to pre-made stock sizes.
Can I request a custom layout or special design?
- Absolutely. If you need a specific layout, custom artwork, or a special requirement, send us the details through our contact form and we will get back to you within a few business days.
